I am not an accountant and I am curious.If the previous accounts not audited,could the following year account be audited? Isn’t there a continuation from the preceding year?

  let the Treaurer General, Michael Tong to answer. He is the most qualified accountant in Anglican church to answer this based on his professionalism.

  Michael Tong has definitely advised wrongly especially he did not comply with the Diocesan's Constitution to appoint an "HONORARY" AUDITOR for 2012, and 2013.

  Previously accounts 2010 and 2011 were promised by M Tong to be re-audited and affirmed by the HoBs led by Bolly, but not done, hence how can 2012 and 2013 be audited properly when the opening figures are incorrect.

Truth is doing the right thing as ADOS and ASC have really sunken to no return even without AVCF. Why? Why some clergy still fear the dead to damage their career in ADOS & ASC?

Why Mary Ninan prayed last sunday that we forget the “messy” past to move on? Was she instructed to do that when it is not in the ASC prayer items in the Bulletin? The mess is “untouchable” by the clergy as they also fear AVCF so much alive or dead. So how can we move on if we leave the mess to the present crop of clergy largely remaining silent?

Why Bolly has yet to act?

It is getting clearer of the vindictiveness of the man who always claimed that he never lost and that he would fight till the last days.

So this possessed satanic man had found that "death" is likely the answer to escape from his self created scenario of doom for himself and now he is still dragging others into the HELL now or in the future.

Imagine what Bolly knew at the "funeral" that he did not overwrite what was presented at the "funeral" service being the Archbishop of APSEA.  If Bolly did not act then, how would others dare to do anything then.

Now ADOS and ASC are under the "auto-pilot" or remote control of AVCF.

Bolly has not done anything since 15th July, 2014 and ADOS should get the message from God that we must take control of God's Church especially ASC.

What you say about open the books would be done by the proposed "Commission of Truth and Reconstruction" and members should all demand for that and raise the fund to do that professionally and then a full Report to be published and made public to clear all the lingering doubts in the minds of most people.

No doubt AVCF has been stealing as his LOVE for money is so great as he is also a glutton of good food and the question here is that where is the money now?  How could he spend all those money stolen from God?  Maybe his Will must be made public.

Church members must feel fortunate and express their thanks to Mary Vun for conveying Albert Vun’s message to them. She said her husband had forgiven their wrongdoings; her message, of course, appeared to be somewhat provocative to most of the church members.

Church members are advised not to be irritated. In my opinion, the message should be interpreted as his (Albert Vun) complaints against their unfairness shown to him; that is, they have been hurling their criticism and insults at him only while ignoring the other accomplices sitting in the Standing Committee.

They must realize the fact that Albert Vun alone could not siphon out such a huge sum of 30 over millions Ringgit from the Diocese’ resources without the technical assistance from those professional people in the SC.

In the Standing Committee, there are two lawyers, one valuer, and one public accountant. Very much to our regret, we find out that the two lawyers tend to go against the law; the valuer does not fully understand how to value a piece of land; and the public accountant fails to distinguish between expenditure and fixed assets.

It is time to investigate the SC, pressing them to conduct a forensic audit of the accounts is the only way to recover the hugely misappropriated fund.

This is crying over spilt milk and unforgiveable as far as AVCF is concerned as he had stated his position very clearly while still alive since 2011 and with all those whistleblowing he could have obtained a second opinion rather than just state his "prerogative" power.

Now the audit of ADOS is unconstitutional done by an audit firm when the Constitution specifically state "honorary auditor".

As bishop then AVCF could have instituted a committee of inquiry as I had always demanded in three blogs.

Anglicans in Sabah look to new leadership

Kota Kinabalu: For now Sabah has no key representation in the House of Bishop Anglican Communion in Southeast Asia to choose the 6th Bishop of Sabah after the demise of its 5th Bishop Rt Rev Datuk Albert Vun Cheong.
In the past, some predecessors played a major role in deciding who the new Bishop of Sabah would be.
Vun's video recording of his last sermon played during his funeral was his last homily for the Sunday church service prior to his death.
It was replayed for the benefit of those who would miss the preaching of the late Vun, as the presider put it.
Vun was seemingly consumed with the growth of the church in Sabah, and his pet project - the 5,000 sitting capacity House of Celebration is the answer to the Glory Christian Centre led by his relative Senior Pastor William Vun who broke away from the Anglican Communion as a priest.
His widow Mary Vun said in her eulogy that her husband bore great concern for the young members of the clergy.
All eyes will be on the House of Bishop under the leadership of Archbishop for Southeast Asia Rt Rev Datuk Bolly Lapok of Sarawak, who said that the House of Bishop would not be the same again without Vun.
During Vun's funeral, Bolly comforted Mary with words of empathy, saying he understood how she and the family felt, as he too once bore the loss of his wife and daughters in the past.
As to whether the House of Bishop would heed or appeal against the Court of Appeal decision by three Muslim judges to direct the church to follow its own written charter, Bishop Yong Chen Fah opined that legal decisions should be best left to the legal team.
Meanwhile, in our report "Late Bishop Vun preaches over own funeral", it was brought to our attention that the "posthumous sermon" was not intentionally pre-recorded but was recorded as a normal Sunday mass.
A church spokewoman said it was his last sermon as he died the following week.

Bishop Lodge vacated properly after a week?

The Bishop Lodge needs to be cleansed after almost RM1m incurred a few year ago.

Other clegy would need to vacate quarters/house within 24 hours.

Need to raise fund for Commission of Truth & Reconstruction

It is very urgent that we in Sabah take pro-active action to initiate the Commission of Truth & Reconstruction.

To make it a very good public exercise we need to recruit suitable and capable persons to be in CTR.

There is no short cut anymore.

HOBs of APSEA had failed miserably in all aspects leading to the end of  BISHOPGATE phase 1.

So now it is BISHOPGATE phase 2, and much professional work needs to be carried.

How much do we need?

How do we raise the fund?

Maybe to kick off the CTR, we need a small activation committee to lay out the guideline and direction.

It is no longer that the Bishop or VG working with the lawyer like we had in 1996.

We have all seen how frail had been with the various constitutions and their application and so much so that APSEA decided to urge the Court to rule its a "non legal entity".

So we decide now our direction in Anglicans Sabah with or without outside inputs as we know the whole disabling factors in ADOS and beyond.

3. major desecrations of AVCF

What had been the major desecrations of the All Saints Cathedral (ASC) since 2005 by AVCF?

I think there are plenty of events of desecration of the House of God and the list can go on.

I am going to list some of them and then we take action to clean the holy house of God by the blood of Jesus.

1. When AVCF first came to ASC in 2005, he renovated the House of God at massive costs and he destroyed the original main altar of God which has been there since 1962.  He also removed the Lady Chapel and the altar.  Did AVCF ask God about the removal of Altar? Then he placed the seating of the Choir right in front of the Congregation giving too much prominence to the Choir.

2. AGMs of ASC are held in the Cathedral premises and lots of lies are told at such meetings namely as follows:-

2.1    For the AGM 2011, there were manipulation to remove the elected honorary Treasurer by the acting Dean AVCF.

2.2    For the AGM 2012, the acting Dean was absent from the event and delegated the Chairman to an unqualified person.  At the voting of resolutions, there were cheating by known people close to AVCF.

2.3    For the AGM 2013, there was a massive operation of rigging in the election of the PCC by the newly appointed Dean already exposed in the blog.  Later, it was revealed that the voting slips were in bundle of votes rather than loose sheets especially for the honorary Treasurer who lost to a new comer by 9 votes.

2.4    For the EGM 2014 Feb 2014 where 8 resolutions were moved for the amendment of the ASC’s Constitutions, I was asked to leave the Cathedral before the meeting ended with the security guards and the RELA coming for me.  Even as the meeting started, I was warned by the Dean Chak that I would be sent off and so that wish was done towards the end where I urged scrutineers for the counting of votes.  Also in the place where once the lady Chapel was and where the counting was to be carried out, I was accused by the ex Dean Warden that it was in my mind that “it was always cheating”.  I asked him to withdraw that statement but he refused and then I let God deal with him.  After that I was “ushered” as ordered by Dean to leave the Cathedral for no obvious good reason. 

2.5    For the AGM 2014 held in April 6, there was much disorder from the front table. Dean was evasive when the issue of Dr James Chhoa and his wife as licensed lay readers withdrawn by the AVCF.

2.6    For the adjourned AGM 2014, the votes taken had a discrepancy when the Dean gave a higher figure of the votes by hands.

3. At the dubious ordination of Philip Lo as a priest on 29^th August, 2012, the congregation consisted Police personnel and a Police car parked in the front.
4. At the synod grand gatherings in Aug/Sept 2010 and  Aug/Sept 2012 in the Cathedral premises, disorders had occurred when AVCF scolded Andrew Liew for a long period for raising an issue on the legality of the Kokol Prayer Summit and in 2012, the Synod meeting started with crocodile tears of AVCF towards Dr. James Chhoa.
5. In October 16, 2012, there was a dialogue with Anglican members in Kota Kinabalu where all three Anglican bishops – AVCF, JY and MT lied in the Cathedral premises.
6. At the funeral of AVCF, there was a “video” preaching of his last sermon in ASC when “he was in the coffin” with restricted viewing and paying last respect.  Is he the second person who could give the “last sermon” like the mentor of Islam?  Even Jesus Christ did not give last sermon, did he?  Who is he emulating?

So the Commission of Truth and Reconstruction must deal with these demonic events all happening in the Cathedral building.

Bishopgate Phase 2 – Commission of Truth & Reconstruction 2014

Introduction

I had recommended or suggested this Commission of Truth & Reconstruction (similar idea before) as fat back to 2012.  CTR was never considered because all the people are so scared of AVCF and possibly AVCF was considered greater than God in ADOS.

So now is the time to implement before we enter into BISHOPGATE phase 2 for a new beginning in ADOS for the well beings of all.

Why is it so difficult now?  If we do not clear the rubbish and mess of AVCF and his cronies, how can we overcome BISHOPGATE phase 1 to move on?

Some people who want to sit the present higher hierarchy  are actually sleeping in their jobs to cheat and rob God and the congregation.

Some people who had taken pro-active steps to put the House of God in Anglican church in Sabah in order had been labeled as trouble makers or even traitors.  If you read the Bible in the Malachi as who is robbing God, and it is the Anglican Diocese of Sabah (not even a church) that is robbing God indirectly and directly when the Church is the warehouse.

There are so many deceptions handed down from generations in the Anglican tradition so much so that God may have left us and watching from afar how we had handled the BISHOPGATE in Anglican Sabah.  So only one or a few may have been anointed by God to challenge the evil doers.  One or a few would be majority as God says “One can send thousands away and a few can send tens of thousands away.”  Now we more than a few committed members.

So the purpose of this CTR is to right those deceptions by traditions, crimes by AVCF and others, and set up a better system or schemes constitutionally with check and balance within.    

Having gone through the mud in APSEA and ADOS and beyond and as far to Archbishop of Canterbury, it is obvious that there are too much weaknesses in the Anglican Communion.  How can it be that the socalled spiritual leaders cannot apply the Constitutions they have set their hands and minds to them?  How can APSEA decided to opt for “non legal entity” when there is a valid Constitution albeit imperfect and possibly flawed with misrepresentations and inconsistencies?  Some people have behaved as if they are God and do as they like with the properties of God as in covetousness.

So this is only a proposed TERMS OF REFERENCE  for CTR:-

1.                  Let God be God and this perception and acceptance be blood and vein of this CTR.

2.                  Review all the affairs in the Anglican in the two major context:-

2.1              Spiritual development and manifestation of the Holy Spirit to glorify God.

2.2              Secular matter and its enrichment as a church managing God’s properties.

3.                  Conduct of the Synod, the Standing Committee and all Parochial Parish Council to align them in new Constitution of adequate measures.

4.                  Recovery of all properties of God through personal embezzlement for as long past since the church was established for forgiveness, reconciliations and restoration..  The principles of accountability must be well established.

5.                  Positions of the Anglican church in the society today in the aspects of welfare, education, health, economy, and politics in relation to the church as an organization and as individuals.

6.                  As an employer and all obligation.

7.                  Relationship with other Christian denominations and other religions.

NB:  This transition would need two years and so act now with public participation.

Each item needs to be expanded.

It is now easier to convene the Ecclesiastical Court without the AVCF as he and stephen foo had declared to fight to the end to resolve the issue and also make public the PAC full report and the recommendation etc.
This must be done so that assets of AVCF can be frozen.


The best choice for Vicar-General is Rev Moses Chin as he has stayed through thick and thin for God in BISHOPGATE. His demotion by AVCF was done in evil malice.  Do you know what is the valid ground of the demotion?

Now I can boast, boast in the name of God in Christ.

It has been a tough two and a half years for me almost alone to settle the first part of the BISHOPGATE by doing what God had anointed me to do what to many is impossible.

It is quite safe to say that "none" of the Anglican members really dare to come forward to help me in whatever ways desirable.

Actually when I wanted to serve the Civil Suit for the Anton Pillar I had to get help from non Anglicans.  Why?  Is Albert Vun a god?  We are all in holy priesthood hence we need to serve God in his Church in the truth and the spirit whether we are in full time clergy duty or not.

Even Stephen Foo accused me in front of others in the ADOS office that I did not have God when I wanted to serve the Civil Suit to the “late” Bishop.  I rebuked him and rebutted that if I did not have God, I would not be standing at the office.

How can I not have God when so many on the AVCF side had prayed for me to die and that is more than almost three years ago.  In fact as soon I entered the office of the “late” bishop, there was one sister Susan who prayed on the knees at the lobby and I did not know what she prayed and now confirmed that God had done what He needed to do is that we as Christians must put the House of God in proper order.  No doubt about that.

The first phase of BISHOPGATE has ended and yet the ADOS is much messy unless there is a Will of the AVCF to deal with his great wealth derived from his questioned service in ADOS and other illegitimate places like Thailand and Petaling Jaya.

Did not AVCF know that he had to store treasure in heaven where it would not rot?  I believe he had lots of wealth including ill gotten treasure on earth and it is rotting already unless he has a Will to be made public.  Whoever going to inherit that questioned wealth of AVCF is to get the CURSE of God unless all the wealth accumulated in Sabah and elsewhere is returned to ADOS.

The verse from God for the AGM of All Saints Cathedral 2014 was the “wicked man must be removed” on 6^th April, 2014 and it is now 15^th July, 2014 that “wicked man had been removed”.  Praise God for that.  Actually the Dean should also be removed from ASC.

All those cronies who would inherit the wealth and wickedness of AVCF would also be removed.

For your information, I have Jesus Christ within me even I had not taken His Holy Bread for more than 5 years.  I strongly believe we can all have direct relationship with Jesus Christ and that is the Truth.   Learn to live like Jesus Christ.  I have been fasting under the Isaiah 58 since 1994 for Jesus Christ.

Many may condemn me for taking the action as I had pursued against AVCF. I had hardly been in contact with AVCF for more than 5 minutes since he came to ASC in 2005/2006.  I know Jesus Christ could use me to deal with AVCF based on a divine experience in one Sunday morning in early 2009.  The Sunday morning was unusual that I met AVCF at the door of the ASC and I chanced to ask him a simple question/comment.

He did not want to answer me but said “If you don’t like………” but he did not complete his statement except that he was turning at the place where he stood.  So God shut his mouth.  I already knew what he wanted to say as he had said to others like “ If you don’t like, then you can leave”.  Isn’t that stupor of AVCF at that stance then confirmed that I could handle him in any crisis of the ADOS and ASC?  It was a divine message for me that I could not be sent away from ADOS/ASC.

Very hard to convince others to resolve BISHOPGATE phase 1 and now it is phase 2, and who would work hard at this for a new direction for the sake of Christians in Sabah. If Bishopgate phase 2 is not handled properly, then Anglican also doom would be sealed forever.

I have made enough suggestions and comments for the move forward of ADOS.

If the vicar general is to be appointed it is only a transition and be instrumental for a new dawn in ADOS possibly in a new design without Anglican Province of South East Asia (APSEA) as HOBs had failed miserably to resolve BISHOPGATE phase 1.

APSEA did ask me to withdraw my Civil case against AVCF in July, 2014 via the honorary diocese secretary in Kuching but I rejected the lopsided proposition.  I had to withdraw unconditionally. 

So what is wrong with the Civil Court action when later HOB of APSEA pursued it to the Appeal Court in another matter.

I would like to ask Bolly Lapok, when is he to release the full PAC report on the 38 of the 40 alleged crimes for public viewing.  Would he instruct the lawyer Ronny to let the 5 complainants to have the full PAC report together with the HOB’s recommendation.  I think this is the first step for Bolly to kick off BISHOPGATE phase 2 and let God deal with the dark side of AVCF affecting the whole global Anglican communion.

Bolly Lapok should also convene a powerful and independent Commission of Truth and Reconstruction for BISHOPGATE phase 1 and then deal with BISHOPGATE phase 2 where the mess of AVCF be resolved peaceful and in proper order to bring Glory to God.

It does not mean when AVCF is no more, everything can be obliterated.

The Commission of Truth and Reconstruction would come out with a full report to set all Anglicans so far divided into two camps free and truly free in Christ.

May God bless those who read this item and pray and cry to the Lord Jesus for truly a new beginning in ADOS and beyond.
